Refund & Returns Policy

Refund or return is only valid within 14 days upon purchase.

Returns To request for a return, please drop an email to epitome@ite.edu.sg to state i) the reason for return, ii) item description (item name, size, color, price and picture) and iii) transaction detail (order reference number)

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. 

Several types of goods are exempt from being refunded or returned and they include but are not limited to perishable goods such as food or flowers, personal and customized item.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. 

Refunds (if applicable) 
Refunds are only applicable for defective item.

Once your item is received and inspected, we will notify you on the approval or rejection of your request.

If your request is approved, we will refund where applicable.

Our decision is final.

Sale items (if applicable) 
Sale items cannot be refunded, exchanged or returned.

Exchanges (if applicable) 
Items sold are not exchangeable. We will only replace items, which are defective or damaged. When requesting for an exchange, please send us an email with image(s) of the defective or damaged item(s) to epitome@ite.edu.sg

We reserve the right not to accept the exchange if the damage is caused by misuse. 

Shipping 
Upon receiving our email approval on the exchange request, you may personally return the item(s) to: Epitome Institute of Technical Education, ITE College Central, Block A, 2 Ang Mo Kio Drive, #01-05 Singapore 567720.

Replaced item will be handed to you upon receipt of the exchanged item; subject to stock availability.
