Q. How many items can I order at any one time?
There is no restriction on the number of items you can order.
- For items on offer, we may, at our discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased based on per person, per household or per order.
Q. What if the item runs out of stock after I have ordered or made payment?
We try our best to ensure that this do not happen through our stringent checks and follow-ups, but in the unfortunate event that it happens:
- If the item is currently unavailable, we will provide the next earliest availability and delivery date or an alternative item.
- Should the option(s) offered be deemed unsuitable, we reserve the rights to cancel the order and refund the full amount of the purchase.
Q. How do I redeem a promo code?
- Make a purchase from epitome website
- Click on "CHECKOUT" to proceed to Checkout page.
- Enter the promo code into the field provided below the items.
- After entering the promo code, click on the "Apply" button.
- Proceed to make your payment.
Q. What are the modes of payment available on the epitome website?
We accept Credit Card (Visa / MasterCard / AMEX), Shopify Pay, Apple Pay and Google Pay.

Collection and Delivery
Q. Will the item(s) be delivered to my home/office after purchase?
We do not provide delivery services.You may come down to our physical store for collection.
An email will be sent to you once your order is ready for pick up. Please bring along the confirmation email for collection.
Q. What is the address and opening hours for epitome retail store for the collection of the purchases i made?

Our operating hours (for collection) is from
- Monday – Friday 1130 am to 530 pm
- Closed on Weekends, Public Holidays and ITE approved holidays (Example: Teachers’ Day and etc)
Q. When can I come down to collect my items?
Please allow 3-5 working days after purchase for your order to be ready for collection.
Q. By when must I collect the item?
Please collect the item within 20 working days from the date the item(s) are ready for collection. We reserve the right to dispose the item at our sole discretion in the event of non-collection of paid items.
Return and Refund
Q. What do I do if I want to exchange or get a full refund for an item I bought at your store?
If you would like to refund, please drop us an email at email@example.com State the reason for return, item (item name, size, color, price and picture) and transaction detail (order reference) within 14 days. Kindly bring back the sealed item along with the original receipt, warranty card (if any), free gifts, vouchers, accessories associated with the purchase in its original condition (sealed box).
Q. Can I exchange the ordered flower banquet or cake?
All Made-to-order item, such as flower banquets, cakes and etc are not exchangeable nor refundable
Q. How will my money be refunded?
The refund will be given in the same mode of payment that was used in the original purchase.
